PAYMENT and ORDERING INFORMATION:

For secure online ordering - We accept PayPal - a simple and fast form of online payment. PayPal works hard to keep financial payment secure. (www.paypal.com)

If you prefer to order either by phone (603-673-6175) or snail mail, do so by contacting us at the above address.

Personal checks and money orders are also accepted (no foreign money orders please) for phone or snail mail orders.

PRIVACY POLICY

Black Paw Studio takes your privacy seriously. We do not share, exchange, loan or sell your personal information. Period. All of the information we obtain is used to process your order only. We do not store credit card information in our database.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return any item, you may return it, in its original condition, within 14 days from the date of shipping for a refund of the purchase price. We will accept exchanges for up to 30 days from the shipping date. Customers will be responsible for a return shipment. When exchanging merchandise, customers will be charged the appropriate shipping cost for the new order.

If we make a mistake, we'll fix it and arrange for a refund, exchange, or adjustment - whatever is appropriate. We will also refund the shipping charge if the return is a result of our error.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS

  1. Please email for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA # Request), to ensure proper credit for return. We cannot accept returns without an RMA#.
  2. We recommend that you ship your package INSURED to ensure safe arrival.
  3. Please use original (or comparable) shipping box and packaging to ensure arrival in new condition.
  4. Returns and Exchanges must arrive in new, original condition. Thank You!
  5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from shipping date for a return. 30 days from shipping date for an exchange.
  6. Include a copy of:
    • Your invoice
    • Your name and address as well as contact phone number and/or email address
    • Provide the RMA#
  7. COD packages will not be accepted.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email message confirming your order. Another email will be sent notifying you that we have shipped your package. All in stock orders are packaged for shipping within 72 hours of receipt.

SWEET NEWFS

To ensure the quality of our Sweet Newfs chocolates, it may be necessary to ship them in a warm weather package using frozen, reusable gel packs.

Warm weather packages are highly recommended from April - October or whenever they are being shipped to an area where temperatures are 70 degrees and above. Only one is necessary for each order. They are an additional $4.00. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

During hot weather we do our best to protect our chocolates from melting and may, at our discretion, delay shipment until cooler temperatures are present. We cannot be responsible for melted chocolates as melting sometimes happens due to shipping delays or when packages are left in the sun and unprotected at the time of delivery in hot weather. We recommend that your order be sent to the recipient's workplace or to an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery. No refund or reshipping of an order will be offered in the case of melting.

Our Sweet Newfs chocolates are manufactured in a facility that uses peanuts, nuts and dairy products. Therefore the candy may actually contain some of those products as part of the recipe or may contain trace amounts of these products due to their proximity to those ingredients.

If you are allergic to peanuts, nuts or dairy products, you should take this information into consideration before purchasing Sweet Newfs. Please feel free to email or call us if you have any further questions.

BACK ORDERS or OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Once in a while an item may be out of stock, or on backorder. If you have placed an order for merchandise that is not on hand, we will notify you directly and provide details on delivery timeframes, offer some possible substitutes and discuss options.

COLOR ACCURACY

While we work very hard to ensure we provide you with the highest quality images and color accuracy, we cannot guarantee how images will appear on your computer. Variations in monitors and systems will impact color accuracy.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are uncertain about a product or color, contact us prior to making an online purchase. We can give you some advice, help or direction that may make all the difference in the world.

STOCKINGS and TREE SKIRTS

Please remember that your keepsake stockings and tree skirts are not to be used as toys. Although the embellishments are securely fastened, they could cause choking in small children. They are to be used for decorative purposes only. Stockings should be hung safely away from open flame as they are not flame resistant.

Please note that each stocking and tree skirt is handmade using a variety of fabrics. Although the design remains the same, there will be variation in the fabrics used. No two are exactly alike.

All stockings are made with the toe pointing to the left. If you would like your stocking with the toe pointing to the right, contact us. We would be happy to accommodate you.

BLACK PAW STANDARDS/APPAREL

All of our T-shirts, hats and sweatshirts are 100% cotton (unless otherwise noted), ring spun, pigment dyed or direct dyed. The pigment dye process creates a weathered look resulting in a garment, which will feel comfortable from the moment you put it on. This process can produce some slight variation in shading.
